      1. The goods and the procedure for making a purchase<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        3.1. The seller ensures the supplying of the goods presented on the website. The photos accompanying the goods are simple illustrations of it and may differ from the actual appearance of the product. Accompanying the Product description\/characteristics do not claim to be exhaustive and may contain typographical errors.         3.2. If the goods ordered by the buyer are not available in the seller’s warehouses, the latter has the right to exclude the specified goods from the order or cancel it, informing the buyer about this by sending a corresponding e-mail or by calling the phone specified by the buyer.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.3. The buyer bears full responsibility for providing incorrect information, which made it impossible for the seller to properly fulfil his obligations to the buyer.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.4. After placing an order on the website https:\/\/ohueno-official.com\/, the buyer is provided with information about the estimated delivery date by sending e-mail or SMS, calling the phone number indicated by the buyer. The manager handling this order clarifies the details of the order, agrees on the delivery date, which depends on the availability of the ordered goods in the seller’s warehouse and the time required to process and deliver the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.5. The expected date of transfer of the order to the delivery service is notified to the buyer by the manager handling the order by e-mail or by calling the buyer.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.6. The goods delivery date may be changed by the seller unilaterally in case of objective reasons, in the seller’s opinion.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Order delivery<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          4.1. The goods are delivered by the postal operator in the form of a postal shipment on the basis of credit card payment on the payment page of the website.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          Delivery methods: delivery by Nova Poshta company in Ukraine or UkrPoshta company for international delivery. Specific delivery terms can be agreed by the buyer with the manager when confirming the Order.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.2. Delays in delivery are permissible due to unforeseen circumstances that occurred through no fault of the Seller.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.3. The risk of accidental destruction or accidental damage to the goods passes to the buyer when the order is handed over to him and the recipient of the order signs the documents confirming the order delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.4. The cost of delivery for each order shall be paid by the buyer.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.5. The seller’s obligation to deliver the goods to the buyer is considered fulfilled when the buyer receives the parcel, which shall be determined in accordance with the current postal rules.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.6. When accepting the order, the buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods and check them for compliance with the declared quality, assortment and completeness of the good, as well as to check the service life of the delivered goods and the integrity of the packaging.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.7. You can specify the date, time and, if necessary, the delivery route with the manager who contacts the buyer to confirm the Order.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.8. The user understands and agrees that: delivery is a separate service that is not an integral part of the goods, which ends when the recipient receives the good and pays for it. Claims regarding the quality of the purchased product that arose after receiving and paying for the product are considered in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” and the seller’s warranty obligations. In this regard, the purchase of goods with delivery does not give the buyer the right to demand the delivery of the purchased goods for the purpose of warranty service or replacement, does not give the opportunity to carry out warranty service or replacement of the goods by visiting the buyer and does not imply the possibility of returning the cost of delivery of the goods to in cases where the buyer has the right to a refund for the goods as such, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.9. All goods purchased by the buyer on the website and sent outside of Ukraine may be subject to import taxes, duties, VAT and have restrictions on import into the country of the recipient specified by the buyer, the payment of which is the buyer\u2019s personal responsibility and their amount cannot be fully or partially compensated by the seller or calculated in advance on the website <\/span>https:\/\/ohueno-official.com\/<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.2. The amount of the order consists of the cost of the goods ordered.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.3. The price of the goods is indicated on the website https:\/\/ohueno-official.com\/. In case of incorrect indication of the price of the goods ordered by the buyer, the seller informs the buyer about this to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel the order. If it is impossible to contact the buyer, this order is considered cancelled.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.4. The price of the goods can be changed unilaterally by the seller. At the same time, the price of the goods ordered by the buyer cannot be changed.<\/span><\/p>\n
