Order processing
We are making every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Usually, the order is shipped the next day after its placing, but in some cases, the shipment may
take up to 3 working days. If there are any problems with the delivery, we will notify you about
them using the contact phone number that you indicated when placing the order.

Delivery across Ukraine
Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the “Nova Poshta” service
at the recipient’s expense.

Term of delivery across Ukraine
After the order has been shipped, we send the Nova Poshta consignment
number indicating the delivery time. Using the consignment number, you can check the delivery status
directly with the Nova Poshta service through its mobile application, website or support service
number 800 500 609.

International delivery method
We use the UkrPoshta service for international delivery. Specific
delivery terms can be agreed upon by the manager when confirming the order. After shipping, we will
inform you of the tracking number of your parcel so that you can track the current status of the
delivery.

Returning

ТThe deadline for returning the order
If the model or size did not suit you, you can return the order
within 14 days from the day of receipt of the parcel. To exchange, you should first process the
return of the previous good ordered.

Goods return procedure
You need to send us a free-form letter to [email protected] or Instagram
(@ohuenocom). You must provide a photo of the fiscal receipt we enclose with each parcel. Also, the
good must meet the “Requirements for returning the good”.

Requirements for returning goods
To return, you must provide the goods in its original form: without
damage and traces of use, with original labels, tags.
The rules for returning goods purchased in the ohueno.com online store are governed by the Law of
Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.
We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if the condition of the goods differs from the one
in which you received them. To argue our position, we always send photos with inconsistency.
Please note that product categories such as socks, underwear and swimwear are not subject to return.
In the case of a return, the buyer pays for the return delivery.

Refunds
Once we have received the returned goods and confirmed that the
requirements for the returned goods are met, we will refund your money. For your convenience, we
will find an acceptable way for you to transfer funds to a bank card you can indicate to the manager
when discussing the details of the return.
